Suzhou Stanch Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the completion and full commissioning of our new 10,000 m² production facility located in Leyu Town, Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, China.

Facility Highlights

• Doubled Capacity: Total manufacturing floor space has increased from 8,000 m² to 18,000 m², enabling us to reduce lead times by 30% on standard machine models.
• Dedicated CNC Machining Center: A new climate-controlled machining workshop houses 12 CNC machine tools for precision component manufacturing, including 5-axis machining centers for complex die and tooling production.
• Quality Testing Laboratory: The facility includes a temperature-controlled inspection room equipped with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), surface roughness tester, and hardness testing equipment.
• Assembly & Testing: Expanded assembly bays allow simultaneous assembly and run-off testing of up to 20 machines, with dedicated high-power electrical supply for full-load performance validation.
• Warehouse & Logistics: A 2,000 m² automated parts warehouse with barcode-tracked inventory management system ensures fast order fulfillment and spare parts delivery.
