About the Award-Winning System

The CNC Multi-Function Tube Processing Cell integrates pipe bending, cutting, and end-forming into a single automated production line, controlled by a unified CNC platform. Key innovations include:

• Single-Setup Processing: Tubes are loaded once and automatically transferred between bending, cutting, and end-forming stations, eliminating inter-process handling.
• Unified CNC Platform: One controller manages all three operations, synchronizing tool paths, feed rates, and quality checks across the entire process chain.
• AI-Powered Optimization: Machine learning algorithms analyze production data in real-time to optimize cycle times, predict tool wear, and suggest maintenance schedules.
• 40% Footprint Reduction: The integrated cell occupies 40% less floor space than three separate standalone machines.

Exhibition Highlights

Our booth attracted over 500 visitors across the three-day exhibition, including delegations from automotive OEMs, HVAC manufacturers, and construction steel fabricators from 28 countries. Live demonstrations of the processing cell generated significant interest, with multiple orders placed during the show.
