Product Description
Product introduction
The CH series hydraulic automatic arc punching machine is a professional equipment independently developed and manufactured by our company on the basis of introducing advanced foreign technologies, designed for processing intersecting arc openings of various pipes (square pipes, elliptical pipes, teardrop-shaped pipes, S-shaped pipes). It features simple operation and can be operated without professional technical personnel. The mobile foot switch has three functions: start, emergency stop and resume after emergency stop, ensuring higher safety. With high processing precision, small arc opening depression and high production efficiency, this machine is an ideal production equipment for manufacturers of bicycles, children’s bikes, fitness equipment and steel pipe furniture. It can directly cold-press form pipes to the processing size with molds, boasting a wide processing range and simple, convenient mold replacement. The slide is equipped with a centralized lubrication system, and the slide molds and punching knives are made of imported mold steel with vacuum heat treatment, featuring a long service life and simple maintenance. Chip removal can be centrally processed, and both manual and automatic operation modes are optional.
Replacing different molds can meet diverse production needs, and the quick and convenient mold replacement facilitates flexible production.
Installation and Commissioning
- Set the working mode to 0 on the parameter page to activate the manual adjustment system, at which time the automatic system is closed and the foot switch is invalid.
- Input an appropriate clamping time to ensure the pipe can be clamped within the selected time and avoid pipe shaking.
- Time control or inductive switch control is optional in the feeding mode.
- For time mode: Ensure the cutting edge of the feeding tool extends beyond the pipe, and the blade tip is at the rear of the pipe when the tool retracts.
- For inductive switch mode: Follow the same principle as above.
- Install the punching knife, adjust the height of the knife tip to be consistent with the center height of the mold (H=140MM for this machine), and lock the knife handle.
- For the horizontal arc punching machine, keep the clamping cylinder in the unclamped position, extend the punching knife, place the lower mold close to the punching knife, adjust the position of the turntable and the lower mold until the punching knife is completely coincident with the mold arc, and lock the turntable. Then place the upper mold to align with the lower mold, clamp the molds and lock both the upper and lower molds. (Experience tip: The included angle between the punching knife and the mold should be slightly small, otherwise the knife tip is prone to damage; the gap between the punching knife and the mold outlet is preferably 0.1mm–0.2mm.)
- Adjust the proximity switch of the punching knife seat to an appropriate position according to the processing length of the arc opening.
- Input 1 in the parameter working mode to activate the automatic system.
- Place one end of the wiped workpiece into the mold cavity and the other end on the positioning support block.
- Step on the foot switch briefly; the machine executes a continuous action cycle of “clamping → punching → retracting → unclamping”.
Safety Precautions and Maintenance
- Install the machine on a fixed horizontal ground and level it to ensure stable operation.
- Check the oil level before use and keep the hydraulic oil above 1/2 of the oil gauge mark.
- Check the motor rotation direction; adjust the power wiring if the rotation direction is incorrect.
- Ensure the accuracy of the input data when the machine is in automatic mode.
- Pay attention to safety when the machine is running; it is strictly forbidden to put hands, body or other parts close to the working area.
- The machine must be operated by a designated person, and the operator must stand within the reach of the emergency stop button.
- The machine must be earthed.
- Turn off the power when assembling and disassembling molds.
- Refuel the oil filling points regularly; keep the punching knife seat and mold seat slider parts lubricated at all times. Replace the hydraulic oil once a year and clean the oil tank and oil suction filter.
- Keep the machine and the surrounding environment clean. The working position is not allowed to be in places with dust, conductive particles, strong acid and other harmful substances.
