This model is an economic fully automatic 3D CNC pipe bender, which can realize automatic bending, automatic feeding and automatic tilting angle. 3D three-dimensional pipe fittings can be automatically bent and completed in one time. It balances efficient production and cost control, adapts to various pipe fitting processing scenarios, is easy to operate and has strong stability, which can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce manual intervention costs.

II. Core Structural Features

  • Structural Type: Adopts rotating arm lifting pipe clamping structure, which clamps firmly, adapts to different specifications of pipe fittings, effectively avoids pipe displacement during bending, and ensures processing accuracy.
  • Bending Drive: Adopts servo motor bending method, combined with hydraulic guide plate side pushing mechanism, with stable power output and precise and controllable bending action.
  • Bending Direction: Rotates clockwise from a top view, conforms to conventional processing habits, and adapts to most pipe bending needs.
  • Drive Control: Both the feeding and tilting axes are controlled by servo motors and servo drivers, the bending axis is controlled by oil pressure value, and the auxiliary push adjusts the matching speed through a flow regulating valve, with three axes cooperating smoothly.

  • Operation Interface: Adopts a 10.4″ color touch screen, with man-machine dialogue operation, easy to understand, and all pipe bending data can be directly input through the touch screen.
  • Control Method: Adopts PLC + tablet computer control, matched with well-known brand controller and extra-large PLC, with strong performance and good stability, and adopts closed-loop control to further improve processing accuracy.
  • Display Accuracy: High digital display resolution, the accuracy of bending angle and pipe rotation is 0.01°, and the feeding accuracy is 0.01mm, which accurately controls every processing detail.
  • Language Switching: The standard display text supports Chinese/English switching, and other national languages can be customized according to needs to adapt to different user operating habits.
  • Operation Modes: Three operation modes can be set: manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic. During test bending, manual decomposition action can be selected to facilitate observing interference points and modifying action parameters, which flexibly adapts to different processing scenarios.

(I) Program Memory and Management

  • Memory Capacity: The maximum pipe bending program memory capacity can reach 2 million groups, and each group can program up to 45 bends; the conventional configuration can store 330 groups (or 125 groups) of pipe bending data, and each pipe fitting can be set with 32 bends (customizable on demand), meeting the needs of mass and multi-specification production.
  • Data Protection: After data editing, a key lock and user password setting function are provided to prevent arbitrary modification of data. At the same time, each data can trace the modifier, facilitating data management and responsibility attribution; it has a power-off memory function, and data can be permanently saved without loss due to power failure or long-term non-use.
  • Processing Records: It can record the latest 1000 bending processing content data, and is equipped with processing volume and processing time counting functions, facilitating producers to conduct production management and capacity statistics.

  • Simple Operation: Adopts a conversational graphic guidance method, which is simple and easy to learn, and the program input method is concise and systematic, without professional technical threshold, and can be quickly mastered.
  • Multi-task Parallelism: While the machine is processing automatically, the controller can still input or edit programs, which greatly saves production time and improves processing efficiency.
  • Origin System: Adopts an absolute origin system. After restarting every day or after rest, there is no need for complicated procedures to find the origin of each axis, and it can directly enter the work standby state, saving startup preparation time.
  • Auxiliary Tools: Equipped with screen tools, including calculator, trigonometric function calculation and bending arc length calculation functions, which facilitate operators to calculate parameters on site and improve operation convenience.
  • Rapid Debugging: It has a program mirroring function, which can quickly obtain the symmetric shape program of the pipe bending program; the program reverse function can quickly convert to the program of the bending starting point at the other end, greatly shortening the debugging time.

(III) Precision Processing Control

  • Speed Regulation: Both the feeding and tilting axes can select and set 1-8 speed segments through the computer according to the actual workpiece situation; the bending axis adjusts the matching speed through a pressure regulating valve; at the same time, an external speed knob is provided to adjust the processing speed at any time according to needs, adapting to the processing of different materials and specifications of pipe fittings.
  • Compensation Function: According to the different rebound and elongation characteristics of pipe fittings, two bends can be tested in advance to obtain the average rebound value and elongation value, and the rebound compensation value and elongation compensation value of each bend in the program can be adjusted, effectively avoiding pipe bending deformation and improving processing accuracy.
  • Synchronous Control: For each bend, the three axes of feeding, bending back and pipe rotation can be set to move synchronously or asynchronously, providing 8 action combination modes, effectively avoiding interference points and improving production efficiency.
  • Position Inspection: It has an automatic position inspection function for the Y-axis (feeding). After setting the inspection accuracy, the Y-axis can be inspected at any time during automatic processing to see if the position deviates due to pipe material elongation, so as to timely find unqualified dimensions in mass production; the Y-axis and C-axis (bending) synchronous function, the Y-axis automatically tracks the bending arc length of the C-axis, combined with the pipe elongation rate setting, to avoid pipe elongation during bending.
  • Position Fine Tuning: The material waiting position, safety position, wheel mold interference position, guide mold interference position, etc. can all be fine-tuned. The computer automatically remembers the position, eliminating manual measurement errors and machine collision faults. At the same time, it is equipped with front and rear limit shutdown functions, which is a double safety guarantee.

(IV) Fault Troubleshooting and Safety Guarantee

  • Error Detection: The control program has a textual display function for automatic error detection and countermeasures. The machine failure or illogical operation messages are directly displayed on the screen, and the repair method is explained to prevent damage to the machine due to incorrect manual operation and reduce maintenance difficulty; the alarm message records are automatically saved for future maintenance reference.
  • Fault Detection: It has an automatic detection function for each button and circuit input/output board, which can quickly find the possible fault location and improve maintenance efficiency.
  • Emergency Control: It can be executed step by step and paused during automatic operation, which is convenient for manual intervention when bending special pipe fittings, and can also resume automatic operation; it is equipped with an emergency stop button, which can quickly stop the machine in case of emergencies to ensure the safety of equipment and operators; after the machine is paused due to unexpected situations during automatic processing, the unprocessed pipe fittings can be continued to be completed after the fault is eliminated, avoiding pipe waste.

  • Feeding Methods: Supports two feeding methods: direct feeding and clamping feeding. When there is no core piercing, the clamping feeding method can be selected, which can feed repeatedly without being limited by the length of the workpiece.
  • Program Fine Tuning: During program editing, it has a sub-program sequence fine-tuning correction value input function, which will not lose the original processing data after multiple sample correction programs, facilitating the optimization of processing parameters.
  • Mode Setting: In automatic or manual mode, multiple working modes can be set according to the nature of the work (such as with or without core piercing, auxiliary push, etc.), adapting to different processing needs and improving production efficiency.
  • Parameter Adaptation: It has multiple delay parameter setting values, which can set the most appropriate time difference for each action axis to meet the needs of various bending changes; in the direct feeding mode, it has the function of measuring the bending elongation ratio of pipe fittings, which is convenient for calculating the actual material consumption length of pipe fittings.
  • Coordinate Conversion: It has the function of converting XYZ coordinate values to YBC processing values. After program input, the total length of the pipe fitting can be automatically calculated, which is convenient for operators to quickly set parameters.
