Product Description
- Workpiece Clamping & Positioning
First, the to-be-processed workpiece (pipe/bar) is placed into the dedicated clamping device of the machine. Relying on the stable positioning structure matching with the Taiwan-brand spindle and wear-resistant copper bushing, the equipment realizes accurate centering and firm clamping of the workpiece, ensuring no displacement or shaking during the processing. This is the foundation for achieving the ±0.1mm machining length accuracy of the machine.
- Power Transmission & Spindle Operation
After the workpiece is fixed, the motor is started to transmit power to the spindle through the mechanical transmission system. The high-precision spindle drives the standard cutter head (applicable to 3/8″-2.0″ O.D. pipes) to rotate at a set speed, forming a stable and high-speed cutting motion, which provides the necessary cutting force for the chamfering of workpiece end faces.
- Precise Cutting & Chamfer Forming
The rotating cutter head moves toward the fixed workpiece according to the preset processing parameters (matching the pipe diameter of 10mm-50mm and wall thickness of 0.5mm-3.0mm). The cutter head adopts a standardized cutting structure, which precisely cuts the end face, outer corner or inner corner of the workpiece to form a smooth and standard chamfer. The machine’s structural design ensures that the cutting depth and angle are controlled accurately, avoiding over-cutting or incomplete processing.
- Processing Completion & Workpiece Unloading
Once the preset chamfering process is finished, the cutter head automatically retracts to the initial position, and the clamping device releases the workpiece. The operator can then unload the finished workpiece, and the machine is ready for the next round of processing.
