Equipment Description

1. The machine can feed materials up to 1500mm at one time (feeding length can be customized according to customers’ actual requirements).
2. It can cut single or multiple pipes (depending on pipe size).
3. It supports repeated feeding for multiple times.
4. The machine can cut steel pipes and rectangular pipes of different diameters by replacing jaws.
5. Feeding mechanism: Adopts servo motor + ball screw; feeding guide rail is self-lubricating linear guide rail.
6. Pipe cutting: Adopts vertical slideway; track is self-lubricating linear guide rail.
7. Structure and operation: Pipes are placed on the machine table, automatically clamped, automatically fed, automatically cut, and operated cyclically.

• 450 full-gear head adopts horizontal motor with five groups of full-gear meshing (most full-gear heads in the market have four groups) and four-speed transmission, which is more stable, wear-resistant and powerful.
• Cooling system enables long-term machine operation and extends saw blade service life.
• Lower tool column adopts heavy-duty linear guide rail type, which is more precise and durable.
• Cooling liquid circulation cooling system ensures the reliability and durability of components and extends their service life.
• All mechanical movement structures and parts are equipped with CNC automatic oil supply lubrication system, ensuring long-term maintenance-free and ultra-long service life.
